The Sport 2.4 equals/replaces 8 pairs of dumbbells of 216 lbs or free weights.. Weight range is 3 lbs - 24 lbs per hand in 3 lb increments. Increments acheived are: 3, 5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 lbs per hand. The Sports 2.4 cannot be further expanded.

The Sport 5.0 equals/replaces 10 pairs of dumbbells of 500 lbs of free weights. The weight range for the 5.0 is 5 lbs - 50 lbs per hand in 5 lb increments.The 5.0 can be further expanded to 65 lbs per hand.

The Sport 9.0 Stage I will replace 16 pairs of dumbells or 825 lbs of free weights. The weight range for the 9.0 stages I is 2.5 - 50 lbs per hand in 2.5 lb increments. The Sport 9.0 can be further expanded to 90 lbs per hand.
